Running, long endurance run meeting outside Parliament Hill running track at 8:50am for a 9:00am sharp start, we will have 2 ability paced groups who will average the speeds below, the groups will be coach lead and the routes will vary each week going in and around the local area and Hampstead Heath, the routes will be mainly on the road.
Group 1 will be 8:15/8:30 mins per mile or 5:10/5:30 mins per km
Group 2 will be 8:45/9:30 per mile or 5:27/6:00 mins per km
The goal for these runs is a long endurance run, the runs will be 60/70 mins, each group will finish at the cafe in Hampstead Heath next to the Tennis courts for drinks and snacks. You can put your bags in the lockers at the track before the start of the run.
