Transition sessions will cover everything to do with the transition area including navigating the transition area, transition rules, transition set up and more. We will do some transition practice and then do a
a 60min race simulated workout of cycling and running (BRICK session)You will run 1km then cycle 4km
and repeat this as many times as you can in 60mins, you will be doing lots of transitions and no need to worry about your kit as club coaches will be there looking after it. These sessions have been very popular and are great fun! DON’T FORGET YOUR RUN SHOES This type of session is a great way to practice your transitions and to practice running straight after cycling.
