The Saturday morning run during the winter is a long run with 3 ability paced groups. The run is a 60 minute endurance run with a different route each week. Each group is coach lead with all the routes ending at the cafe in Hampstead Heath.

In the summer the Saturday morning club run is track session at Parliament Hill running track focusing on technique and high intensity short intervals. In the Summer we also do a Monday evening running session.
