Club swim sessions are at Kentish Town Sports Center on Thursdays, the sessions cater for all abilities, sessions are coached and focus on front crawl technique and fitness development.

We recommend that you attend at least one coached session per week and another (or more if possible) swim session by your self, even if this only 20 minutes long, this will allow you to work on the coaching points given to you.
